Do You have Cronic Constipation?

Due to fast foods, un-nutritious diets, stress, eating on the run and many other causes it is estimated that over 100 million Americans are constipated and for many other it is not considered unusual to experience occasional constipation. Cronic Constipation however is considered unusual.

The ideal is at least 2 bowel movements a day of soft loose stools. Those who have 4 or less bowel movements a week are considered to be medically constipated.

Symptoms of cronic constipation can include some or all
- Feelings of fatigue
- Moodiness
- Body Odour
- Constipation pressure can cause a loss of appetite
- The back up of waste in the body can lead to constipation weight gain
- Haemorrhoids, caused by straining to eliminate waste from the body.
- Anal fissures (tears around the anus) caused by sphincter muscles being stretched by hard large stool. This can cause rectal bleeding which may require more serious treatment.

Losing several pounds in weight is ot unheard of when a chronically constipated person undergoes an effective colon cleanse. An average 40 year old has anywhere from 10-20 pounds of toxic waste lodged in the bowels.

To avoid cronic constipation or constipation at all
- Drink plenty of water every day
- Plenty of fresh fruits
- Include healthy fibres such as rice, nuts & seeds, whole grains
- Most importantly undergo regular Safe Colon Cleanses

PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE
